Big Trip Information:

Once a year in the February / March timeframe, the entire pack goes on the Big Trip. It is our marquee event and it’s a huge adventure for scouts and parents. We always need help with planning so join the Big Trip Planning Committee.

Big Trips in the past have been to:

  1. Tennessee Aquarium in Gatlinburg / Incline Railway / Ruby Falls – spend 1 night in the aquarium
  2. Cave Trip – Racoon Mountain – this cave was too difficult for the younger scouts, need to pick an easier one next time like Lost Seas.
  3. Huntsville Space Camp
  4. USS Yorktown, Patriots Point (http://www.patriotspoint.org/ ) – spend 1 night on ship and 1 in hotel
  5. Nightcrawlers camping at Zoo Atlanta
