Training
To be considered fully trained for your position, you need to complete the following at my.scouting.org:
Cub Scouts = Youth Protection Training (YPT) + Position Specific Training

In order to go camping we must have at least TWO BALOO trained adults

University of Scouting – https://www.atlantabsa.org/university -A council organized day of training for everything from youth protection to backcountry cooking. There’s almost 100 classes so you can learn all sorts of fun stuff!
Woodbadge – Advanced Leadership Training – applicable to all aspects of life using the scouting principles. https://www.atlantabsa.org/woodbadge
Powderhorn – Essentially Summer Camp for Adults. Learn all sorts of local adventure activities available to scouts. https://www.atlantabsa.org/powderhorn
